Monday night (in prep for Lexie, Brit and Piper arriving on Tuesday and using the pack n play), we had Hailey sleep in her big girl bed in her room. She was so excited!! The first night was a little rocky- she didn't go to sleep for a long time and woke up several times during the night. But after that, she has been a champ, it is going really well! And she actually seems to be sleeping until 7am (knock on wood)! It ended up being an easier transition than I expected (and was getting to be time since she was getting too long for it and is starting to try and climb out of the pack n play).
