English Oak Winery and Upton Country Park

After naps on Saturday we drove 15min. away to the English Oak Winery. It turns out they make 4 different kinds of champagne. We knew nothing about the champagne making process so it was quite interesting. Also interesting that a winery could flourish in this climate. He did mention, however, that it really isn't that different from the wine making region is in France.
